Hello,
 
I am looking for a program that would allow me to adjust the volume of different applications (and master) using hotkeys (+mouse wheel) in Windows XP.
A few programs come close, but either don't have application control or don't have hotkeys.
 
If anybody knows of such a program please share,

volumouse is as good as it's gonna get because XP doesn't support volume control per application.

The thing is that an application called IndieVolume does support per application volume control, but it doesn't have hotkeys. That's why I was asking, because it seems doable. I am losing hope though.
