Anyone ever do a parasite cleanse? If so, was it because you knew you had parasites or just as a precautionary measure? Did you use medication prescribed by a doctor or a herbal remedy? Was it beneficial in any way or did you notice no difference? Etc. and so forth.

Please share any experiences you may have. I'm curious about the validity of doing this and whether or not there's actually any benefit to it.

a friend of mine did an herbal remedy, i will try to get the name of it. she said it resulted in a lot of upset stomach, but didn't seem to think it was horrendous. i'll post again if i can get some more info.
