Hello,
 
I'm thinking of getting a new Mac Mini to act as a media server. I already have a Schiit Gungnir DAC (with USB), Rega Brio-R amp and a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 10.2 speakers. I was wondering if the folks on Head-Fir could share with me their comments, opinions, experience on the Mac Mini. It's either a Mac Mini or wait and see how the Olive One turns out?

I've dealt with a few of the Olive products and like them, but I also love Mac Minis for media servers lol. I'd go with the Mac because of its flexibility. Have you considered just building something and running XBMC or Media Portal?
