the 580s are a little recessed too compared to 555s mids for example which are more upfront. hmm the 580 vs 555s graphs really don't show the difference much. It might be the angled drivers
for senns in the $150 range, I'd pick the 580 over the 595 for Electronica. If you have more money, the 650s are calling! The 650s have an extended treble and bass that's nice for electronica/ as well as being really open. The 580s do well with accoustic and electronica IMO....since they have a soundstage, can be percieved as more bassy as the 595, and have some prominent detail.
But this does get to be a matter of tastes of course
