Hi all.
I've heard the stock opamp in the Little Dot 1+ is a bit unrefined--loose in bass, a tad congested, and generally lacking transparency. Thus, I bought an AD823ANZ. But my question is this: I've heard a lot of good things about the 627/637, 2107, and a few others. It would be great if someone could chime in about which are best, and if trying one or two of these is sufficiently different to warrant the cash.
Generally looking for op-amps that pair well with headphones in the 35 ohm, 95db/mw range. They should be linear & transparent, or aggressive, and have better-than-average soundstage & separation. The tubes I'll likely pair with are: Voskhod 6ZH1P-EVs and GE JAN5654Ws
I'm open to suggestions of op-amps not mentioned, mono or dual.
