They take any MMCX cables if thats what you mean...
Just some food for thought, i have found that the onkyos are quite heavy and has a really large profile for an iem and lacks a cable cinch. This causes them to be pretty unsuitable for travel. Just thought I'd try to help as it sounds like you plan to take them out..

No problem :) ..quite honestly i find myself using my other gear instead of the onkyos, they arent that great for travel and i have better headphones for my computer set up..poor onkyos are neglected..

From what i remember reading about the on ears they do not have the same sound signature as the in ears..it seems that most people were more interested in the in ears than these..however, $50 is a pretty darn good price..

This was helpful to me—thanks. I got some Comply T-400s and they do indeed work with the Onkyo IE series IEMs. They sound very good, too. Thanks again!
