I'm pretty sure they still do. Anyways, I'm not convinced the K340 is the best if you saw the sound signature you wanted in the CD3000. THe K340 has just so many variations. Many leave you wondering, "Where's the bass?" A problem if you were seeking something like the CD3000. On the other hand, keep searching on eBay, because they are nice phones and I'm sure you can get it for cheaper

At this rate I think that soon I will be selling at least one of mine...
Although you cannot trust eBay... At this rate (iff eBay were true) you could wait a few weeks and sell 2 CD3000s and have enough money for a Qualia ... wait even a little longer and get a R10
Anyone in their right state of mind would never pay anywhere near that closing price. I do love my pair of CD3Ks but seriously don't think it's worth anywhere near $750. The A900LTDs are a great set of closed cans with fast bass and a good soundstage, though it's soundstage isn't as large as the CD3Ks. They are comfortable and isolate quite well.

I agreed with you, I too wanted apair of CD 3K very much, but after the checking ebay and such, I decided to stay with the ATH900LTD, you don't loose much with it and in some way it is better then the CD3k
Hmmmm, used CD3000 or new W5000, I'll have to really think about that one............NOT!
I think it's worth about the $300 they used to go for, soundwise, perhaps the $400 they used to go for retail, considering the comfort. More that that, is a bit cucoo (unless your name starts with sovk). Considering that you can get the better looking, different flavored but similar performing W1000 for $400 or less, it looks even worse.
