   I am sure this happened before but I am not asking where to buy the earpads.  All I ask your advise is where to buy a non melting one (third parties also okay).  I just hated those Ashes on my ears.....

Amazon has Ear Zonk pads.

get the ttvj flat pads. they're the only real grado pad and they are how a grado is supposed to sound. if you've never tried it do your self a service and splurge the $30.
