I'd also be happy to test-out on the Dragonfly Black...again, for science. Also keen to pair with my Little Dot and Asgard 2!

From memory, the Red has the most powerful output from the Dragonfly line, right?
 
Have you tried it with the vanilla HD800 or the LCD 2 before?

Yes, the Red's the TOTL version - only info I can get on output is "2.1v" from the Red, and "1.2V" from the Black - not sure what this equates to in wattage (or more likely, milliwattage!) - especially at the HD800's 300ohm.

White Lotus thanks man I really appreciate it. Though due to space and a 3 year old I don't have a dedicated listening station, thus I wouldn't risk your gear. You are a legend.

I have tried the lcd2 with the dragonfly red and it does a good job. It's far from its potential but it really does do amicably.

I just got a Bottlehead Crack with speedball and upgraded tubes, this should be great together with the top Corda amps for good tube and solid state amps for the demo.
