Table & Elbow room...

If the room capacity is 200 people, that's probably with everyone sitting down in rows of chairs spanning from side to side with walking room along the sides.  That's quite different than a layout suitable for a head-fi meet.

So why does it say capacity at 100 people yet the first post mentioned 200 people max

Thats because when I booked the room I told them there would be about 100 people but we can add more tables  in the middle of the room the day of the meet without a problem we would just have to run extension cords to them.
The room can easily hold 200 people.

Looks like I can now come to the meet. I wont be able to bring much. Just what I can stuff in a suitcase.

Great. Looking forward to meeting the man who made my cables.

Any chance you could fit your Fostex TH-900 in your suitcase? These are on my short-list and I haven't seen anyone else mention them.
