As long as we're off topic anyway, if it's a bottle of Macallan's 12 triangle brand, it would be worth the trip to Florida.

Macallan's 12 y.o. Triangle brand $45.00
Southwest Airlines to Florida R.T. $109.00
Hanging out with Gene, Mike,
Guss2, Nightwoundstime and
Johnnie Numbers $Priceless

With the exception of the Macallan Fine Oak 21 year, I will pick up a bottle of any other Macallan if you come down here!

$35 for the Red Triangle 12 year? Or the standard. If it's the Red Triangle, Marc through me a frikkin' bone and tell me where.

Not red triangle, which I haven't seen before. I know the Cask Strength is around $45. Besides, you need to save your $ for the trip to Florida.

Bottle buys in glen cove sells macallan pretty cheap, they have the sherry cask triangle bottling variety there for $30. The 18 year used to be only $80 or so... nowadays it's pretty much over $100 everywhere. The 15 year fine oak is around $40 I believe.. Also I think the cask strength might not be necesarily 12 year ... they don't mark the age on the bottle from what I can tell.

I've only seen the red label cask in the previous bottling, around $45 is pretty right.

Macallan 12 is a great $30 scotch, but for a touch more I'd be happier with laguvlin or laphoaig. I've seen Cragganmore 12 for $30ish also, that stuff is just awesome ; ).
