Hi,
Currently I use Woo WA6SE and Audeze LCD2rev2 as my main equipment. Both are superb pair in terms of balance and bass attack.
However, when I use WA6SE with AKG K702, somewhat they sound too bright, thin and even unpleasant. If I compare it to a Schiit Lyr+AKG K702, Lyr sounds more superb than WA6SE with AKG K702.
According to most of head-fiers, WA6SE is like a universal headphone amp that suits most dynamic headphones. Is there something wrong with my WA6SE or it's just my preference-bias?
In addition, I also want to know if there are any minor signs of headphone amp that starts to "turn bad"?
