I'm obsessing....please give me a hand in making a decision on a new CIEM.  Currently have custom Shure se535's which are just not that engaging with my new AK120.  Like the sound of my Sennheiser HD600's much better, but I need something more portable.
 
Here's my current choices:
 
(1) Used pair of Heir 8.a's which i can get reshelled through the owner transfer service.  
 
(2)  New pair of Westone es5
 
I listen to a mix of classical, jazz, and rock.
 
Anything else I should be considering??

Check this out, I think this will help.  I'm with you though I think used is the way to go.  I got my JH16 bought and reshelled for $740
