I have one of these and wanted to know when I turn it on and slowly turn up the volume, audio comes out the left side first then eventually the right.  My Audoengine D1 doesn't have this issue.
 
Is there a way to tweak it internally to correct this problem?

It is common for analog potentiometer to face imbalance issue when it is in lower position. There is really no real way to fix it beside swapping the pot out with another, better tracked pot. The way around is to lower the digital volume on your PC so you can turn the volume on the uDAC2 higher, and avoid the imbalanced area.
