I don't mean to offend or criticize, but to my eyes the old logo looks much better. The new one looks like "FIIP".
Sorry, but from a customer perspective this is not a good change. Of course it doesn't affect the performance of the products. But why change the logo to something that looks worse?
I actually like the new logo better. The O in the old logo was too thin and made the logo unbalanced. I would love to see the other concepts your designers came up with.

Agree. The new logo is objectively better from a pure design standpoint. The old one with mixed typefaces (the O is actually just a circle, not a typeface) and cases was a mess. Not coherent and difficult to read.
The new one has a unified graphic approach across all the letters and they fit together appropriately. The issue is the extreme styling. As I mentioned above, the F in particular reads a lot like the F1 logo, especially since it’s red. It doesn’t project “audio company.” It’s a technically better design but it’s also notably more generic and significantly harder to read.
Perhaps here we are worrying too much about the logo itself and little about what FiiO should represent for its customers. More than worrying about redesigning the logo every two years, if I were you I would be concerned about making you appreciate the support you provide to customers who have purchased products with the FiiO logo whether they are under warranty or not. This will make the logo grow not for how it is written but for what it represents.

I don’t think any of us are worried about it or expending too much energy. Just offering some constructive feedback. Bottom line is that it’s their logo and they’ll do with it as they like.
Maybe I didn't explain myself with the right words, mine wasn't advice for us in the forum but for FiiO as a company, it was an exhortation to take better care of their products even when they left the shops and ended up in our homes. As recently as two years ago we forum users were asked for advice on how to change their logo... I honestly think they need to worry more about how they are perceived as a company, if as a company that helps their customers solve problems that there may be or rather one that leaves them at the mercy of events or fortune and all this regardless of which characters it uses for its logo. That's all. Sorry for my bad english.
