Thanks to Mkmelt, I am very happy with my Marantz 2230 and 1060 for use with the Senn 650's.

I agree with Mkmelt that the Marazntz does not sound best the Grado 225 or 80's.
The Grado's do not sound as good with a refurbed Sansui Seven receiver when compared to a Meta 42.

Has anyone had success with a vintage receiver or integrated amp(besides the Fisher 400) and Grado's?

Any ideas for a nice receiver or integrated amp that is perhaps not vintage but is known to work well with Grado's?

I have found the NAD 350 and 370 not quite as good as a Meta 42.
