A very nice deal indeed. I was offering one of mine a few months ago for a bit more expensive, and it didn't have the bassboost, but I did use Elna Silmic II electrolytics everywhere and it had a STEPS, but a TREAD is still a really nice power supply, blows any Elpac out of the water.

Sooo.....after a few months of indecision and financial issues I am finally able to afford an amp. I'm thinking of going with the Lunch Box or the Cute Beyond simply because I haven't seen another PPAv2 for sale. Any words on which sounds better without an external power supply?
