I have a question about the upcoming E9. Would it be possible to have socketed opamps so we can switch them? Otherwise, may I suggest AD797BR or LT1028A

Wow that is nice. Is there any chance to also get socketed main amp?

Also, any word on the availability?

TPA6120A is in SOIC (surface mounted) package, so socket is out of question. However, given that it is marketed by TI as Hi-Fi headphone amp, I don't think you need to worry too much about its performance,

I can't find any portable amps in europe (hungary), can anyone suggest me some "popular" portable amps or companies, maybe I will able to get one of those.

Well that's not strictly true. You could always put it on a DIP adapter and then in a socket. What's more important, I just checked and the TPA6120A is 20pin, so normal 8pin opamps likely would not help you much anyhow. Edit: especially not as they want to solder it to thermal land on the PCB (IOW, it would likely fry on an adapter)

From the specs, it should be a good enough amp, indeed
