Hi guys,Im the proud new owner of some SR-80s,listening to ITunes radio alot.Ive noticed that when listening to lower than 128kb stations (ie 56kb)
receiving a staticy sound.Paranoid about the Grado rattle issue I guess.This static would be normal considering the lousy source(I hope).Any input would be appreciated.

you got it, i discovered the same thing about radio when i went from PX100 to HD650; and it doesn't get much better going from a radio to internet radio like itunes.

The Grados are just detailed headphones. They're going to reveal the limitations of a poor source.
