Anyone know anything about this thing? I messaged Mr. Wu about the 2.5 and said that the stock would be back on June 10th, along with the 3.0. Anyone know anything about this?

it is not as good as the 2.5, basically a castrated version of the 2.5C. only thing that interests me is the I2S support via TGLink.

only Ori can give you a definite answer to this, but probably not because it is only available with the CS4398 chip and Ori prefers the AD1852 chip.

What makes you think that? From what I can see, they've removed the headphone amp which is a good thing and then they put better or at least better looking connectors on the back side and increased the number of digital inputs(good if you want flexibility, bad if you're an audiophile nut

). Other than that I can't see what else they changed that would somehow degrade it, although I can't quite see the psu section clearly. And I think Ori is happy to see that there seem to be a lot less leds over the board

.

I'm curious to see what's hidden under the cover other than the transformer of course.
