So where does one get a magical one of these power cables without needing to remortgage the house?

I heard these are OK.

Nope, seems pretty right to me.
6ft. is 1,80m.

So that's 6900 Euro here and 6900$ in the US.
After import and dsitributor 1 Euro = 1 Dollar, a well known problem here in Europe.

Super helpful reviews. I was thinking maybe we could get a group buy?

Sadly, I'm too poor to afford $6,899.75. for a power cable. :/

if you don't have a power conditioner, i hear that the wireworld stratus or aurora work well. Apparently they have some kind of geometry that helps condition the power in the cable itself, but i highly doubt that a solution like that would be better than an actual conditioner+cable.

I'll personally be getting one or the other. for 80 bucks, what could go wrong as opposed to getting a 300+ dollar conditioner and another cable?

Considering that no matter how good the power cable you use as the input is, there is a second power cable you cannot do anything about without breaking out the soldering iron and voiding the warranty (the umbilical cord), I would be a little skeptical about anyone who decides to get spendy on one but chooses to ignore the other.
