Is there a place i can buy online a tempered glass screen protector for SP1000M?Since it's a relative new model can't seem to find any stores selling it.The ones coming with the bundle leave a lot of air bubble.

Do a search with keyword atFoliX on Amazon, they sell different models of screen protectors for the SP1000m (not sure if they have tempered glass though)

I have a question on SP1000m vs AK380 : do they have the same warm sound, what about soundstage width and music «speed» please ?

Can I get a warranty clarification. If I buy a SP1000m from authorized dealer in Hong Kong but end up having a warranty issue in Canada, can I send the device to NA iRiver? If it is out of warranty then I assume it is OK to send to NA iRiver for service?

You would need to send the product to the country of purchase for warranty repair. You could send to the North America repair center for repair, but would be charged for it. Out of warranty, product can be sent to any local authorized repair center.

Would recommend scrolling to the bottom and using version 5.1.2. The latest version is a bit buggy.

If you purchase at an authorized EU dealer, warranty will be valid for any EU countries. Our authorized EU repair center is in Germany that covers all EU countries.

I just received my SPK.

So if I downloaded a file explorer app from APK Pure would I be able manage files on the SPK? Like delete files, move files from the SD to internal storage, as well as transfer music off my local network to the SPK/SD card.

The reason I moved away from AK players two years ago was because I couldn’t do file management on the player itself. I had completely forgot about that until I started using it.

I have another question. If I update the firmware to allow for loading of APKs and for some reason I’ve told myself the SPK sounds different, is there a way to downgrade the firmware?

I know it’s a silly question but I’ve experienced updating firmware on other brand player’s and had noticed a significant difference in the sound quality. So I’m just a little suspious. Haha
