They are Shures, and hopefully they will get good reviews. This is a disappointment for me. I was hoping for some new, improved SE530's, but now, I think I'll just get them.

I mentioned it before about the gimic game that companies play with exsisting products to get you to buy more while the modification does not add much value. Its still does not mean that they do not have things in the works and will release them when they are ready to.

You are missing something. They changed the drivers to new dynamic drivers instead of Balanced Armatures. The new colors and the dynamic drivers are designed for consumer audio where warm sound signature sells. They claim the dynamic drivers give the SE115s a warmer sound signature than the SE110 with more bass.
