Even though its been years since I got new good cans, its going to be hard to wait almost a month for these. At the start of this thread I was convinced that they were not for me but came back read more and started thinking maybe I could like them. Then more recent post sound like they are exactly what Im after, almost like TF10s over the ears with more soundstage?

Yeah from what I'm guessing, mine will be almost a month. Hopefully I'm wrong in a good way. 3 people canceled last I checked but that won't effect it much.

Considering the "Shipping early May" note, I highly doubt it ._.

I appreciate that they would wait until the lowest price to ship but not that there is a set date but maybe they have to get a shipment in. I would just expect the number was based on units they already had.

Once they have them, Massdrop are pretty fast and efficient.

Considering all the preorder hype with some other headphones (that were "announced" about 6 months ago), 3 weeks to a month would seem like chump change..

Massdrop is in NJ. All MD purchases will ship from NJ, even though AKGs warehouse is in CA. They ship everything to MD, then MD splits it and ships them to each customer regardless of customer location. It would be a logistical nightmare to do it any other way.
