Ratshack seems to have two portable headphone amps in their online catalogue now. There's one with a built-in 3-band equalizer:

Not exactly "cutting edge", and maybe borderline crappola, but hey...

The first 2 are basically hearing aids. The 3rd one is a really chincy little amp designed to drive the smallest RS speakers, sitting on your desk.

Remember, in audio especially, you get what you pay for. Definitely not worth it for most here. Yeah, it's something that's been in RS line for years and I had one 20 years ago in my office. Would barely drive Minimus speakers.
