I am going to order a set of LiveWires and I was wondering if anyone can recommend an audiologist in the Essex county New Jersey area. I searched the forum but didn't find any info.

If you call livewires, they can suggest someone in your area, that's probably your best bet.

Yea I emailed them and they haven't gotten back to me yet so I was wondering if any Head-Fi'ers had a recommendation.

Anything for a fellow Essex county dweller -- here was my trick for finding one: I used the state directory for pediatric audiologists, on the theory that the care standard has to be very high. It is organized by county, and will lead you to some good practioners I believe ... at least you have names and numbers to start with:

Try calling them. I stopped emailing them when I found out John isn't the most dilligent when it comes to answering emails. I've had 100% success calling.
