i need  a new pair of earpads and headband for cd900st.
 
where can i get those ?
and is there velour pads that will fit cd900st ?
will other pads change the sound of it ?

I'm pretty sure the earpads for the CD900ST and the V6/7506 are different. I would be most replacement pads are intended for the V6/7506 since they are more popular worldwide.

Where are you? You can search for the "Sony 2-115-695-01" and "Sony X-2113-142-2" and see what comes up. I doubt there is any non Japanese place that sells them though, considering the fact that the CD900ST is popular pretty much only in Japan. 
 
As for sound change. I don't know. All I know is that the V6/7506 pads look different and have different part numbers compared to the CD900ST pads.

Not sure how it will effect the CD900ST, but on the V6 velours make the treble less sparkly and gives less isolation.
