I just ordered a pair of Starfields on Amazon UK. Are they likely to have the new filters? Also do you sell any cables with an inline microphone?

Also do you have a YouTUbe video on how to change the filter? Even for something simple, I prefer to refer to official videos than written instructions.

At this moment every new starfield on the market should be with new filters already.
Let me see if I still have spare filter to do that video though.

Thank you both for replying. I saw these instructions, thank you. Although they are clear and simple, I think it's good for companies to have videos too. That way people looking for help on YouTube can find an official video from you.

Wow, that was quick. Thank you. It's good to see how you do it, as it helps me understand the technique more. For example, I hadn't realised the filter looks slightly different on one side. THis shows that clearly and I know which side needs to be facing down.

I think all owners would appreciate seeing this.

I bought these to to use with my Xbox and talk to people online. I have a pair of BLON BL03, but unfortunately when I'm in party chat people I'm speaking to can hear their voices echo. I can't use it for gaming.

Hey, I've been having some channel imbalance problems with my Starfield. One day the right channel suddenly started palying much lower than the right one, I took off the filter on the right side had a quick listen without it and the volume was fine. I then put on a new fiter and the volume on the right channel became lower again, not as low as before but lower still. I've tried changing the filter on both sides a couple of times and the right side is still playing a bit lower with the filter on, is there anything I can do to solve this issue ?

Every pair of starfield leaving our factory after April 2020 should have new filter installed, so I think no worries.

Hey, I have ordered spare filters for Moondrop SSR and SSP from Ali Moondrop Official Store, but got two plateus of Strarfield's filters, which doesn't fit. Also, I can't search any photo of SSR or SSP spare filters, so I have doubts whether they are actually selling.
Anybody who really gets them? Or shop with a photo of plateu with SSR or SSP filters, where I can buy them?

I think the store did gave you one of the filters wrong.
Here’s a compatibility chart for our current products(same row means same filter)
If you found two plates of identical filters, I think you should reach out to request correct filter.)
