Hi,
I have a pair of Q-Jays and I love them. But my love for them is not without it's share of problems since I wear them so often that after only one month and a half, I killed my memory foam tips.

I'm now looking for a replacement. I prefer memory foam since I get the best balance of comfort and isolation with them. I already ordered a set of comply Tx-100 but I'm told that these too are prone to early failure. I guess there is no way around it; the high deformation factor of the memory foam has to put a lot of stress on that kind of eartips.

What other options are there for comfortable Q-Jays eartips?

Technically, Olive tips don't degrade like normal foamies. Therefore change them as often as you would change silicone sleeves (i.e. depends on your squamishness)

The oldest olives I have, which is mod'ed for TF10 over a year ago, still work perfectly fine. The great part about olive is, it is washable. All you need to do is to rinse it with water (but don't squeeze) every few weeks or so depends on how frequent you use it, and it will last for very very long time.
