Yeah a needle is good. However if the wax go too far or actually clogs the tube completely you can go to audiologist who typically should have hearing aid vaccume cleaner which will remove wax from any tube.

It doesn't go deep actually, it is around the entry part of the tube. I will clean it today with a needle.
