Just got these, I haven't had any IEMs of anywhere near this quality. I have heard they need a burn in? What is my best bet with these dynamic drivers burn-in wise? Also, one is SUPER loud and the other is rather quiet, will this go away with burn-in or is there something wrong them?

You never know until you burn them in. 
 
Google a "pink noise" MP3 download. Put it on what ever player you use and make sure that the track will repeat. Then just let it run for 24 hours.
