I think i found what i am looking for...the MiniPC.i guess i could take out linux and put Xp on it.
New Audio PC Build. Help!

You could use an old PC with every hard drive you own and make it a NAS using linux and NFS. Then you could use a laptop on your end for music listening. I'm going to set up my old laptop to interface with my NAS and output the sound from a headroom microDAC. Obviously this setup wouldn't be too good if you are a heavy gamer but it's a solution none the less.

I know the XP-120 will fit. With a fan its the same size as the Zalman one (the good quet one recommended by SPCR) and I've seen that one fit in the Silverstone case. So HA!!
As for the heatsink case...it just so happens that per some local natural disaster I'm collecting money...
