The new FMJ home cinema stuff looks incredible. The AV8/P7 combination with maybe a DV27 would be incredible.

Do you think my wife would notice if I replaced a receiver with the AV8/P7 combo? Anyone know a site with Arcam prices online so I can be shocked back to reality?

My wife wouldn't notice, until it came time to use it. Then all hell would break loose.

.....then again, that would only temporary.

Wow, expensive! The DV27 goes for 1600 pounds, and the CD23 1100. That's $2500 and $1750 respectively!

If you think that's expensive, check out the prices on the AV8 ($5000) and P7 ($4500), ouch! They look like an incredible HT combination, though.
