Hi everyone,
I am looking for a new iem for use with my sansa clip+, iphone 4 and laptop. If possible without an amp but if an amp is needed it should be small, light and have a long battery life.
I need high isolation but i know i prefer dynamic driver over balanced armature iems and i know this will mean a compromise between sound and isolation.
I listen to a lot of different musical genres but a large part of it is pop/rock and oldies/easy listening
I like a wide and deep soundstage, good but not overpowering (subwoofer like)bass. A midrange that is not recessed and highs that are not rolled off. Good instrument separation is important as well.
So far i found the monster turbine iems to be to my liking, i owned the copper but dont quite knoq the differences with the miles davis and the gold.
I am also thinking about the klipsch s10i but not sure if they are as good. I was thinking about the shure se535 but find them rel;atively bulkycable
any help/advice would be appreciated.
