That's a dual-driver IEM that originally sold for $199 before Klipsch realized it would need more than its rep in the loudspeaker market to break into the world of IEMs. The Custom 2 at $79 - direct from Klipsch - is the deal you should have made.

If these idiots don't have the product now, get a refund and take advantage of the price slash on the better IEM.
