My hats (or phones) off to dabbler for being acquanited with the lush dark atmospheres of Peter Andersson. I recommend most of his music off his Raison D'Etre and Necrophorus labels. It's spiritual if you have a dark inner self, in an ancient Greek cathartic sort of way.
Also try Matthias Grassow - The Quest Sessions
Oöphoi - Behind the Wall of Sleep
Würden - Ortlos
Klaus Wiese - Ming Noir

Guaranteed to leave you in a state of paralysis.

Brian Eno's Ambient 1: Music For Airports should be a good bet..
And Spiritualized .. Pure Phase or Lazer Guided Melodies.. Spacemen 3 too..

Cyann & Ben's album Spring should be high up there too.. very very good.

You, (yo_alexandru, Eno stuff is wonderfully relaxing. The guy invented ambient music.
