Hi, I'm doing some online shopping for some headphones. I'm not an expert on audio in any sense of the word, but I do appreciate good sound. After researching, two headphones have caught my eye: sennheiser hd 419 and jvc harx700. Both of these fit my budget ($40-45, which i realize is a relatively cheap budget for headphones). They both seem like good headphones for their respective prices. What I will use them for mainly for listening to music on my laptop/mp3 player, and my style of music is mostly alt rock and folk rock (most songs I like do not have much bass). In the past I've used the run of the mill apple earphones, and also the sennheiser hd 202. Any suggestions on which of these two headphones (sennheiser hd 419 or jvc) is better, or of another set that is around the same price would be appreciated!

I don't know about the Senn, but the HARX 700 is a terrific value for the money. Can't go wrong.
