I want to replace the JVC HA-FX66 I've been using with my Sansa Clip+.  My favorite cans are my Sony MDR-V6, so I'd like something with a similar sound signature (accurate sound, no exaggerated bass).  I listen to a variety of music, so want something versatile.  I'd like to keep it under $100.  Value is always a priority, so I'd rather spend $50 than $100 if the $50 ones are 90% as good as the $100 ones.  Thanks.

Great question!  I had a pair of Sony MDR-V6 and loved the sound but I could only wear them for a few hours.
