Thanks for the info! I think K550 would possibly suit me better, since wider soundstage might be better point to me than having more bass.
 
Lets make this even harder, and add Sony MDR-1R as an option, anyone have opinions on these?

I much much muchhhh prefer the K550 over the 1R

Then it looks like to me that AKG can't be beaten in this price point (for my listening purposes). I'll look after K550 at Blackfriday and Cybermonday, and buy them if a good deal arises. Otherwise I get it from Amazon Warehouse!
