Currently have a pair of ATH-ESW9 and while I absolutely love the sound, i need something a little less visible for work. Previously owned the Klipsch X10, Westone UM2's and liked the sound, but I imagine there are possibly better options out there.
 
Love lush mids and quality deep bass. I don't plan on using an amp, though i may build something small along the lines of a Mini3 down the line.
 
Would like to stay under $200 (used or new). Recommendations?

Quality bass and lush mids for your price range might be a little hard to find. Reason being that bass tends to mix with the lower mids and ruin the sound.
I personally use the W4 also purchasing a ESW9 because I find them to be good complements (similar sound but with their own charms in their own right). W4 is quite a way out of your budget but maybe if you could find one on sale
