I've heard it on multiple youtube videos by these guys and other creators. I'm hearing it in IG edit videos. I can't find jack through Shazam or through Android help/Ok Google.

Yeah, but you're missing a trick. Providing they are the only 2 music contributors (As stated on YT) you could contact them via Bandcamp and ask them if it's their song etc

Was watching travel videos of the middle east this morning and it was in a few videos. Ended up opening the videos up in a browser and finally found one with a song attribution.
