I am seeking recommendations for a good pair of portable headphones. I prefer around ear, but can also do on ear. Please no in ear as my ears don't like that too much.

My priority is comfort and sound, although I would love something that also has both Bluetooth and Noise Cancelling as well.

I have been able to find some nice cans with some of the features I am looking for, but unable to find a set that packs them all.

Any recommendations? It's a plus if their sold in local stores so that I can try them on first, but that is not required.

Thanks!

Willing to spend up to $500 USD
I liked the feel of the Bose QC15, but without bluetooth, i felt they were over priced for what they offered.
Needs to be easy to travel with
Parrot Zik seemed too heavy and whobbled on my head
How about sennheiser mm 550-x ?

Well, generally I'd steer clear of bluetooth and noise cancelling headphones, as they sacrifice a lot in terms of sound quality. However, if you do travel a lot by plane then the sennheiser mm550-x might suit your needs.
Otherwise here are some of my personal favourites and suggestions:
Sennheiser Momentum: Terrific all rounder headphones
V Moda M100: if you like hip hop rap and any electronic music, or bass in general.
