Yeah, it's a DHL thing.
I got a shipping notice and noted when it was coming to my house. I knew I was gone so I printed the DHL tracker and left a note for the delivery person to go ahead and waive the receiver's signature. He left it on my door. It's pretty secure in my area so no issues.
