I had a thread here previously but my requirements have changed with regards to that, so I thought a new thread would be appropriate.

My music mostly consists of pop and rock, with no metal.
I would like my music to sound clear with decent bass.

I'm looking at the following earphones:
- Ultimate Ears MF170
- SoundMagic PL50
- RE0 (Only if it's worth the price?)

I'm looking at MF170 for the moment because of the branding, but I'm open to other opinions.
I can't get a NuForce IEM because they're simply not for sale anywhere I find in my country, and shipping it here appears to be exorbitant.

I'm also considering the Ultimate Ears SF4, if that's worth the price.

The RE0 is definitely worth the price (worth 2x the price, actually). But I don't know how you define "decent" bass, and you don't say what your source will be. After 60+ hours, and with a decent portable amp, the RE0 has plenty of clean bass. Without an amp, tho, and with most DAPs, you will probably not be satisfied with their leaner bass response, unless you EQ it to increase the bass. But the RE0 is incredibly clean, clear and detailed.
