I went through quite a few of the 200$ and blues and jazz/classic rock headphone posts the only one I found which had Blues and Jazz was with a budget of 300$, hence the new post

I travel quite a bit so I would prefer portable headphones
Genre: Blues, Classic Rock and Jazz
I do not have an amp and do not intend to buy one in the foreseeable future.
My music source is gonna be a mix of smartphone and my pc. So I would prefer ones which don't murder the low quality sources.

If I can provide any more information which will the recommendation easier, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

If you plan to travel then I would guess that you would like a closed hp. Try:

Beyer dt770-80

gL!!

Going for portability (which means lightness and isolation in my mind) and also something that'll jive with jazzy and bluesy guitar and drum sounds, I'd probably go for the Fischer Audio FA-003/Brainwavz HM5. I don't listen to much in the way of blues, but I am into jazz of all sorts and regard my FA-003 quite highly with brass, acoustic guitar, and string bass.

On the negative side, they are quite large headphones.
