Hello Everybody

at first i'm newbie in here so the question that i need help from your guys all is about,
I need a cheap price headphones monitor for creating music from my macbook (from Logic ,Garage Band)
but from now on i'm confuse about choosing both of this headphones

because the specs of ATH M50 said

Frequency Response 15 - 28,000 Hz

but the pro700 said

Frequency Response 5 – 33,000 Hz

now i'm confusing that how can i choose one?
because the spec are said that ATH M50 was built for Studio monitoring
and ATH Pro700 was built for DJs

so anyone have some advice for me?

ps.i'm starting to learn about music production and writing song ,so i choose to use headphones for save cost
and if i'm successful on this way about music creation i'll buy a PA Monitor soon

thks everyone and sorry for my bad english

Do you mean Pro700 or Pro700 MK2? Either way, M50 is going to be your best bet for pure monitoring.

The M50's have a much more refined sound, therefore, for music production it's far beyond what pro700mk2 can perform.

Another vote for the M50's. I know a couple of guys into music production who use them.
