Hey guys,
Just recently purchased a set of Ultrasone 2500 Pros from this site. Although I'm not to keen on their open design, almost want to trade them in and save for 900 Pros. I also have a Headroom Airhead amp that I've been using to power it but to tell you the truth it doesn't really sound any better running through it. From what I have read on this forum, these cans need a higher current amp to power them fully. I would really like this to be a portable amp, as I occasionally but very rarely take headphones with me on trips, but I'm not sure there are any that fit the bill for these. Source material is generally FLAC files from my desktop computer with Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium. Only wanting to spend $100-300 for this amp, not sure if that's possible for these cans. Any suggestions?
Thanks
