Yeah..if I could I would try all 3 of the ones I mentioned in the OP, but I don't have a BB near me and don't know of anywhere else that I could.

I'm just saying, you could consider going for a bit more safe option like the x1, which is also way easier to drive than the dt990 and k701.

I looked into the X1 a bit more and found out that they're supposedly releasing another version with replaceable pads at some point. Do you think the fact that the current revision has glued pads would be a big deal..? I found a couple of used pairs on the forums, but if the pads are a problem I would probably want to hold out.
