Hello there. This is my first post that wasn't a reply to a thread so bear with me haha. I'm curious on some open back hifi cans, would love some advice. I've auditioned Focal Elear, owned Audeze LCD2 rev2 prefazor, currently own Mrspeakers æon Closed, own HD600 (btw if anyone has spare plastics off a broken pair of the HD6 series, I'm willing to pay. They're all universal and swap pair to pair).
Anyways, I want to get another open hifi pair this summer. After testing my LCD2.2 with the Elear, I did like the elear better but I missed the bass. What do you suggest here? I love my æons but don't like the sibilance albeit minor. Adored my LCD2 as they were my first hifi pair. My amp and Dac is an OL dac and schiit Jotunheim. Hit me with ur best shot!
Oh and one of if not my Fav pair was oppo pm3. I adored those and how they made anything sound good even if other pairs make certain music sound bad
