My job involves moving a lot of packages around. I can't use regular earphones since they regularly get tugged on; asymmetrical ones don't work much better. I just need something that is comfortable. Budget of ~30, anything like that out there?

Try wearing the cord underneath the shirt?  I have a similar problem, nothing worse than catching the cord on a box.
